Believe in Yourself! A Kundalini Yoga Workshop to Build & Strengthen Your Self Confidence
Are you too hard on yourself? Do you constantly put yourself down? Are you afraid to try something new because you think you won’t be good at it?
We all have self-limiting beliefs that can hold us back from being the person we want to be and living the life that we want to live. Our continuous goal in life is to recognize and to let go of these limiting beliefs, and to build up new core beliefs that increase our confidence and energy and improve our outlook on life.
Begin the new year with a Kundalini yoga workshop designed to build and strengthen your self-confidence. In the first part of the workshop, we will let go of limiting beliefs, anger and negative thinking through yoga and journaling. The second half of the workshop will use yoga, meditation and journal exercises to create new core beliefs, enable positive thinking and self-acceptance. You will leave the workshop with tools you can use everyday to think and act with positive confidence.
No prior yoga experience required.
